The building is LEED Platinum Certified (Core & Shell), along with WiredScore Platinum, SmartScore Platinum, and WELL Gold, reflecting its leadership in sustainable building performance, smart technology, and healthy workplaces.

Located in southwest Rochester, Ponderosa Pines is an exclusive 25-lot sustainable residential development integrating responsible land use, high-performance construction, and natural resource management. Existing trees are preserved wherever possible, complemented by native landscaping, reclaimed wood mulch, and a large stormwater retention pond. Homes incorporate energy-efficient systems, recyclable materials, PVC-free SmartSide siding, reverse osmosis water filtration, high-efficiency appliances, and municipal water and sewer.

Greater Kansas City is advancing green building through strong municipal standards, regional climate goals, and innovative design. Studio 804's Pinkney Neighborhood House, led by University of Kansas architecture students, achieved the prestigious LEED Platinum certification. The home demonstrates high-performance residential design through a hyper-insulated building envelope, recycled and locally sourced materials, and net-zero energy readiness, serving as a regional model for sustainable housing.

The RiverFront Revitalization project earned Envision Platinum, the highest level of recognition for sustainable infrastructure, and became the first project in Nebraska to receive an Envision award. The project prioritizes responsible land use by concentrating development on previously developed areas while preserving undeveloped land.

The 70,000-square-foot expansion of the Würth Elektronik headquarters on Airport Drive represents a major investment in sustainable building in Watertown. The project is pursuing LEED Silver certification, incorporating green building principles into the company's expanding headquarters.
